Tunnel

Starring Choi Jin Hyuk and Yoon Hyun Min

When a cop chases a criminal into a tunnel, he comes out on the other end thirty years into the future and in a world where the only familiar face is the killer himself. The year is 1986. Detective Park Kwang Ho is an enthusiastic and old fashioned detective. He thinks with his fists, and he doesn't have time for procedure. One night, the detective is chasing a killer. The killer enters a tunnel. The detective follows. When he emerges from the other side, the killer is gone. On this end of the tunnel, the year is 2017. Now thirty years into the future, the killings have started again. The detective is now considered an old-fashioned kook with crazy theories and dated methodologies of law enforcement. For the firs time in his career, he is going to need help catching a criminal. The one supporting our detective is professor of criminal psychology Shin Jae Yi. Also helping our out-of-time hero is Detective Kim Sun Jae a suave and chic enforcer of the law who has a cold, cerebral approach to crime. Together, they are all working to catch the mysterious killer. This may be one crime, though, with no light at the end of the tunnel.

Queen of Mystery

Starring Kwon Sang Woo and Choi Kang Hee

Yoo Seol Ok always wanted to be a detective. She has the passion, and she has the deduction skills. She is not a detective, though. She is a bored housewife. She kills the time by reading many, many mystery novels. Her husband happens to be a prosecutor. He really fights crime. That’s no consolation to Yoo Seol Ok, though. She is forced to be a backseat driver, even though she’s good enough to take the wheel. Yoo Seol Ok has no interest in standard “ahjumma” roles, like fighting with the mother-in-law and bargain-hunting at the local grocery. She wants to solve crime. But being a mystery queen is just a dream for our lead lady -- until she ends up actually solving a crime, that is. Ha Wan Seung is a passionate detective. The only way he thinks a criminal can be caught is with his fists. Ha Wan Seung doesn’t respect people like Yoo Seol Ok, and thinks American drama series have ruined crime. He also doesn’t quite get the respect he deserves. Crimes have been getting increasingly bizarre and the public needs someone to solve them. That’s when Yoo Seol Ok gets some attention for solving a crime and is made Ha Wan Seung’s parter. The detective and the wannabe form an unlikely duo. He’s the old-school protocol with passion, and she’s the creative side with wit and wisdom. Can they work together to put fear in the hearts of scum everywhere, or will the queen of mystery learn that being a crime buster isn’t like what they wrote in the mystery novels?

Starring Zhang Ruo Yun and Jiao Jun Yan

A forensic drama that shows that even the most brilliant of crime solvers cannot clean up the streets unless they understand the value of teamwork. When a medical examiner gets a new assistant he really does not like, he doesn't realize that she will win him over and become an integral part of his forensic crime-solving team. Qin Ming is an amazing medical examiner. The problem is he is just too eccentric. So eccentric, in fact, that he is often unbearable, and has a temper to match. He only has one friend and all his assistants quit because they can't work under him. Li Da Bao (Jiao Jun Yan) is the latest assistant “lucky” enough to land a job working with Qin Ming. Diligent and resilient, Li Di Bao has terrific observational skills, and amazing sense of smell to boot. She eventually wins over her boss's trust and forms two-thirds of the trio that strikes fear in the hearts of criminals everywhere. Lin Tao (Li Xian) is the perfect person to compete that crime-fighting trio. An ace police detective, and the only person with the patience to deal with Qin, Li Xian forms a strong relationship with the doctor and his assistant. He becomes the person on the other side of the operating table, and helps them on the “legal” end of things. Together, this triad solves crimes better than anyone. But there are some crimes so bizarre and so dark, even hard science can’t make much sense of them. Can the critical medical examiner Dr. Qin figure out what to do when crimes simply do not seem to follow the laws of logic?
