ACTION: Korean coming of age film Let Me Out gets additional U.S. screenings
Due to it's overwhelming popularity, more screenings have been added for the Korean coming of age melodrama, Let Me Out. The film was screened in three U.S. cities simultaneously on Wednesday September 25th, and because of the movie's success, FUNimation, Group 1200, and TUGG, a web platform that allows people and organizations to choose the films they want to see in theaters, were able to expand showtimes to AMC theaters in Atlanta and Chicago on October 23, and 24th.
The film tells the story of a high school student who is also a huge film buff, and wants to make a movie but knows nothing about filmmaking. Naturally, as he's making his film, everything goes wrong. Let Me Out stars K-pop actors, Hyun Sang Kwon, and Hee von Park, and is directed by Chang Lae Kim and Jae Soh. Check out the trailer below!
