Seoul Fashion Week ended its run a few weeks ago, but the blogosphere remains abuzz about some of the innovative design coming from Korea. This shift has been percolating for over five years, when central and city governments decided to "heavily financially back" the week-long event in order to promote Korean cultural industries abroad. Still, the lack of foreign journalists present makes the twice-a-year event difficult to stay on top of.
