Evangelion fans are patiently waiting for the fourth installment of the film tetralogy, Rebuild of Evangelion. Late last week, however, a mysterious short film was put up on a website belonging to the creator and producer of Evangelion, possibly hinting of what's to come.

Anima(tor) Exhibiton, a website dedicated to showcasing short animation projects of all types, regardless of genre or studio affiliation, is produced by Studio Khara and Hideaki Anno, the man behind Neon Genesis Evangelion. On the 19th of December, an Evangelion short film, one with no dialogue whatsoever, was put up on the website, leaving fans to wonder about its significance. But true to Anno style, the film leaves more questions than answers, leaving fans even more eager for the release of the next film.

Here's the video below for all you Evangelion fans. If the link is down or if you want to check out some more animation, here's Anno's website, at http://animatorexpo.com/. If animation is your thing, it's definitely worth a look.
