We've all seen or heard something that we just couldn't stop laughing at, but rarely does it happen on TV in front of millions of people. But after CNN's International reporter Kristie Lu Stout saw the Japanese mascot Funassyi on air, she just couldn't help but break down laughing for a full 40-seconds straight.

In the segment, the reporter talks about Funassyi's popularity on social media, but continues to laugh throughout the broadcast even as she plugs the next CNN show. Funassyi is the dancing, talking, unofficial mascot of the Japanese city of Funabashi, and what seems to really make her laugh in the clip is footage of the mascot flapping his arms around and just being overall really silly.

It's a fun clip to watch and reminds us that some things are just too funny for TV.
