Deer on this Japanese island learned dog tricks to get what they want
Deer are already beautiful and majestic creatures, but the fact that there are some deer on a small island in Japan that act just like dogs, makes them one of the coolest animals ever.
On the island of Itsukushima, one tourist was recently visiting and began to notice just how friendly the deer were with just about everybody. Michelle Nguyen began interacting with the overly friendly animals and noticed that they did certain tricks for food. The deer shake and ask for food by bowing in a very similar way to dogs, as Michelle Nguyen documented in a video. It does make sense that the deer would be so receptive to humans on Itsukushima since the animals are believed to receive messages from the gods.
