Ladies hold on to your undies and gentlemen grab your socks! By the end of episode 7 I promise they will be in jeopardy of being lost! Color Bar Band don’t make me cry (too late)!! 7-15 This week’s episode is full of hardships and joys. I was elated to finally see the result of our Color Bar Band; and I wasn't in the least surprised that All for One had more than one trick up their sleeves. But I distinctly remember saying, “There is always someone better than you out there… Always”! As the last episode ended with Sun Woo singing us a lullaby, episode 7 begins with the same scene. I did not mention it last week but Kang Ha Neul has made it onto noona’s “Oh So Dangerous” List. I cry every time he sang in this episode; it was like listening to Hong Ki from FT Island or Wheesung. Too bad the object of your affection is not able to provide reciprocity. 7-1 The tension in this room is so thick you could cut it with a knife. By nature, it is very difficult to make me feel awkward; but if I were in this room I would have to excuse myself immediately! I am glad Seol Chan took the initiative to roll—though his reason for rolling differs from mine. 7-3 His green eyed love (and not the Mayer Hawthorne version) is rearing its head at every corner. I am not mad at him; I find it quite comical in most cases. It would be great when he finally is forthcoming with Sae Hee. But, in all honesty, isn't part of the fun of a teenage drama to see the oh so familiar angst of will they won’t they? It’s not as fun with grownups… 7-4 The next day our Na Na is found out by the person she wanted to be noticed by since this drama started. Sun Woo... Can this be the start of something (Cracking a coconut as an offering form of prayer)? 7-5 Gyu Dong is even more passionate to resolve his issue with Do Man as that slimy roach Jae Rok appears talking all sorts of foolishness. This kid really does enjoy making others miserable. His haughty temper only leaves me with the feeling that he has something to hide. Whilst this is going on, Seol Chan pops by and SPILLS THE BEANS of what the Color Bar is up to! Who needs a spy when you are bumping your gums Seol Channie! Cool points lost once again *Aigoo*. 7-6 Now we are aware that the All for One Bastards—I mean band has a superb singer in none other that the local wicked witch of the 1st years Hyo Rin. Little do they know the Color Bar band has one more trick up their sleeve to win this battle of the bands… 7-7 While the Color Bar band is struggling to find a power vocalist in Sae Hee, Seol Chan’s eagerness to win causes Sae Hee to cry. As she exits, Seol Chan follows her only to ultimately let her go. I love that Creepy Ahjussi has a talk with her about her feelings and helps her to realize what is in her heart and mind doesn't have to be ignored or wrong. Really examine what you are up to and do what needs to be done if you want. 7-8 Kim Na Na's secret is out! She can sing and she is the daughter of a mob boss and bar maid! I love that her daddy is all flames when he discovers some ungrateful bastard has broken his daughter’s heart. Will this make Na Na give up on the group? 7-9 As the day of the competition is upon us, All for One is gracious enough to go first. Can I say how disgusted I am with this group performing “Amazing Grace”? I know a lot of people do not know and understand the history behind this song (or what grace is for that matter); but since I do it really rubbed me the wrong way. I hate these jerks! 7-10 It was all changed when Na Na shows up and blows those jerks and their cockiness right out of the water! Way to go Na Na and Color Bar Band. 7-11 I loved that this episode resolved so many things for us the audience! I am still waiting to find out about Gyu Dong and Do Nam, Seol Chan and Sun Woo, and Seol Chan and his mother. Until next week…. Stay colorful and humble! 7-13   More from the MONSTAR Drama Club: Episode 7: [ Part 1 ] [ Part 2 ] [ Part 3 ] [ Part 4 ] Episode 6: [ Part 1 ] [ Part 2 ] [ Part 3 ] [ Part 4 ] Episode 5: [ Part 1 ] [ Part 2 ] [ Part 3 ] [ Part 4 ] Episode 4: [ Part 1 ] [ Part 2 ] [ Part 3 ] [ Part 4 ]
