Every episode of Shark begins and ends with an OMG moment, and these two newest episodes are no exception. There were so many heart racing and emotional moments in episodes 7 and 8 that I decided to start this post by picking my favorite quotes from the episodes and discuss those because if I don't limit myself to something, I could go on forever about this drama.

sharkep7pic8 "Plans are made by the head. Mistakes are made by the heart." - Kim Jun/Han Yi Soo Kim Jun/Yi Soo says this at the beginning of episode 7 after telling Hae Woo that kissing her wasn't a mistake. He kind of talked her around in circles on that subject because he first said that everything he does is planned, but then said that the heart can make mistakes. I know he cares deeply about Hae Woo, but I feel like he is toying with her as well. I think we are all wondering exactly what is going on inside Yi Soo's head. He's a very mysterious man, like Batman... no? [caption id="attachment_171031" align="alignnone" width="585"]sharkep7pic13 Our shark baby, he abandoned it![/caption] "The north star is a star that's used for navigation. Whoever it is, he is navigating me towards the truth. Whether the final destination is heaven or hell. I guess I'll have to go all the way to find out." - Hae Woo Ah yes, that damned North Star again. Apparently Yi Soo had a range of hobbies that start with sharks in the sea and go all the way up to the stars in the sky, and we sure get to hear about them. In that way this drama reminds me of I Miss You. The adult leads remember so many little details of their childhood relationship. At some point they need to move on, I guess they both won't do that until everything is revealed, though. So, what Hae Woo says here makes sense. The truth is the truth, she has accepted the fact that she may be heart broken by what she finds out, but she's already this far into the journey. [caption id="attachment_171037" align="alignnone" width="585"]sharkep8pic6 Yi Soo... did you have plastic surgery?[/caption] Now that Hae Woo at least knows that Yi Soo is alive and sending her the clues, as Drama Debussie mentioned in the previous post, she'll figure out his identity soon enough. How will she react? I am sure she will be both scared and elated by the discovery, but I guess it depends on how she finds out. Maybe she'll catch him eating his favorite cookie or whatever random memory she's managed to hold onto for the last 12 years, and then it'll just click. I, for one, will be happy when people realize who he is. I feel overwhelming sadness for Yi Soo at times because of how lonely he must be. sharkep7pic5 On a side note, I can't not mention the handsome Lee Soo Hyuk playing Kim Soo Hyun. He has a cute face and a deep, sexy voice, but I still don't trust him. I think that he will betray Hae Woo at the drop of a hat if threatened again. Sorry cutie, but I've gotta trust my instincts on this one. This drama is so gorgeous to look at that I captured too many screen shots, so here are a few bonus ones from some especially pretty scenes.
