DramaFever Weekly Top 10 for June 8 to June 14, 2015
Although School 2015 won #1 last week, EXO Next Door was a very close #2. Which one will be the new winner for our Top 10 Most Watched Dramas this week? And what about other favorite shows like Producer, Jeju Island Gatsby (aka Warm and Cozy), and Mask? Also, guess which 2 of Lee Min Ho's dramas are on the list!
We have a new winner! EXO Next Door snatched the #1 spot from School 2015. The drama about a girl and her new neighbors is really a nice package. We get to see the cute and talented EXO boys as themselves. Moon Ga Young is the girl who blushes easily when she's flustered, particularly when she meets the mysterious guys who just became her neighbors. Hey, she can even see them from her window. The best deal is — she has the world's only key to the EXO boys' bachelor pad. How did that happen and what happens next? It's a very cute story with a romantic twist. All the EXO boys are simply adorable. (Wish I could have flown to Taipei for their exciting concert.)
Although School 2015 was pushed down to #2 this week, it deserves to be rated as one of the best dramas of the year. It has a unique story to tell about all sorts of issues such as bullying, family relationships, secrets, how to stand up for oneself, how to mature in life, and how to get along with people, without forgetting to add high school romance. I'm really impressed by how well the script is written in weaving the different characters while it keeps us in suspense about the girl who wakes up with an amnesia and finds out she is actually a long-lost twin. The 2 romantic interests are both so adorable that I want a happy ending for both of them. I'm only up to episode 6, and I'll definitely keep on watching. If you've been waiting on the side, it's a good time to start too as the last 2 episodes will air this week.
As with the new romance thriller Mask, the compelling story has pushed it up the list and pushed us to the edge of our seats. I think we fangirls are also waiting for Joo Ji Hoon to capture Park Soo Ae with a captivating kiss, aren't we? (See him featured in our extremely popular 10 Actors who KNOW how to kiss.)
