DramaFever Weekly Top 10 for May 12th to May 18th
Amazing! We have 5 new shows that leaped into the Top 10 last week. The new list shows the diverse interests that DramaFever's viewers have.
DramaFever's brand new variety show Roommate made a great debut at #3. I have to watch this show now, as one of the roommates, Lee Dong Wook, is one of my favorite male leads ever since I watched Scent of a Woman, which also one of my all-time favorite dramas. I don't know how Lee does it, but he is also starring in the drama series Hotel King at the same time. According to the news, Lee previously lived with his parents, so at 32, this is the first time he is living with anyone else!
Fall In Love With Me is also entering a suspenseful phase where Aaron Yan has declared his love as one guy but hasn't as the other guy, so which one does his leading lady Tia Li love? It's, of course, the one who hasn't declared! What a predicament for Aaron, and it makes for great romanctic comedy.
Here are last week's Weekly Top 10 shows in order of most popular:
2. Running Man
5. Angel Eyes
Although I said I was going to start watching You Are All Surrounded, I zoomed into Doctor Stranger because Park Hae Jin of My Love From Another Star is in the cast, and what a pair of superb surgeons he and the impressively skilled Park Hoon (Lee Jong Suk) make. I feel crazy that I'm watching two series about doctors, but this one is very different from Angel Eyes. Lee Jong Suk must be commended for his intense risk-taking style, and I'm so impressed with his ability to choose fantastic roles.
This is such an interesting list and I wish I could watch more shows than what I'm already tracking. Although In A Good Way isn't on the list, its finale is this week and I highly recommend the show. Other than that, I'm watching Angel Eyes, Fall In Love With Me, Doctor Stranger, Wild Chives and Soybean Soup, and now I also need to find time for some Roommate action. I guess there's no time for eating or sleeping. Help!
