Guess which new drama surged past the ever-popular Heirs? A long holiday weekend is a great opportunity for drama marathons. Did you binge on any show? I sure did. Let's find out how our happy marathoners influenced the Top 10 Most-Watched Dramas.

I'm so glad whenever dramas aren't afraid to give fans the sweet happy endings that we long for. Yes, we came to a happy conclusion for Sensory Couple. Despite the tragic beginning and the horrible criminal subject, the drama is full of romance, and it doesn't forget to spread the happiness around. Although the story is quite different, it reminds me of Ji Chang Wook and Park Min Young's happy ending in Healer, where they lived happily ever after. Same here.

I was afraid of possible sadness for Someone Like You's ending, particularly based on what I read in Taiwanese entertainment news. Since the Top 10 List was delayed due to Memorial Day weekend, I now have some advance info that I can share. May I whisper into your ears? You won't need to get a box of tissues unless you shed buckets of happy tears. (So it's safe to start your marathon on this lovely romance and read the recapping club's impressions.)

Falling in Love with Soon Jung ends this week. Let me tell you another secret: Start your marathon on this series! It's such a satisfying drama with an unusual love story, a male star with a comedic flair, and best of all, a strong female lead, that you will totally fall in love with it. Just ask our recapping club.

Recent new dramas are making great strides. Producer leaped over Heirs to take #4, perhaps thanks to changing the director? Or maybe it's Kim Soo Hyun's adorable chemistry with IU

Jeju Island Gatsby is so "Warm and Cozy" that I'm looking at air tickets to fly there pronto. Just kidding, but seriously, I think this is the best new drama to watch, and it is especially enjoyable with a cup of warm drink, even when Kang So Ra's roof was leaking. Our hilarious fans at the recapping club have given fun nicknames to the main characters.

Orange Marmalade made a fantastic showing in its first week. I haven't watched it yet, but it's the next one to start now that I can clear a few dramas off my plate. Read about the first episodes HERE.

By the way, the drama that I binged over the weekend is Taiwanese romance comedy Murphy's Law of Love. It is surprisingly fun and addictive with cute leads. (I plan to write more about it, so stay tuned.)

In other news:

Mask starts on Wednesday, May 27. The story is about Park Soo Ae masquerading as a socialite whom she resembles, and she meets cynical but enigmatic Joo Ji Hoon. (Just mention the name Joo Ji Hoon, and I can't wait.)

The weekend feature movie is A Beautiful Life about an unlikely love story between ambitious city girl Qi Shu and  policeman Liu Ye.
