They include one of Jun Ji Hyun sharing a steamy onscreen kiss with Hugh Jackman. The film, which came out in limited release in the U.S. this past week, is based on a best-selling novel by Lisa See.

Shining Inheritance will be remade into a Taiwanese drama, making it part of a trend of Kdramas adapted to other countries, the latest being You're Beautiful which was adapted into currently-airing Jdrama Ikemen desu ne. It stars Jerry Yan and Chen Yanfei in her first leading role. This is something of a tribute to Shining Inheritance, as usually only classics such as Hana Yori Dango or mania hits such as You're Beautiful get adapted in multiple countries. it's a testament to Shining Inheritance as a instant classic.

Upcoming Taiwanese film Love, which already had an all-star cast of Shu Qi, Ethan Ruan, Mark Chao, and Vicki Zhao, added new cast members Eddie Peng, Amber Kuo, and Ivy Chen, making it a really well-cast production. The film has a budget of three hundred million Taiwanese dollars.

Nominess for the 2011 Seoul International Drama Awards have been announced. Open to miniseries/drama series from all countries, the nominated projects from Korea must have aired from April 1st of 2010 to April 30th of 2011, with exports of $3 million or more. Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Baker King Kim Tak Gu, Mary Stayed Out all Night, Dream High, Dong Yi, Queen of Reversals, My Princess, Kim Su Ro, Giant, Athena, Secret Garden, My Girlfriend is a Gumiho, and Bad Guy have all been nominated. The final awards will be given in a ceremony on August 31st.

The couple began dating directly after wrapping Creating Destiny, in which they played a couple in a forced engagement who fall in love and get married. Life imitates art sometimes. Both glowed with happiness at the ceremony.
