FIRST LOOK: Cheer Up, starring Jung Eun Ji, Lee Won Geun, Ji Soo, Chae Soo Bin, and VIXX's N
Cheer Up (Korean title Sassy Go Go), the upbeat teen cheerleading series from KBS, is coming soon to DramaFever! Take a look at the first trailer and stills from the series that stars APink's Jung Eun Ji, Lee Won Geun, Ji Soo, Chae Soo Bin, and VIXX's N (Cha Hak Yeon).
Despite their harsh educational environment, the cheerleading club has to keep it together for the students' sakes and their own.
Jung Eunji as Kang Yeon Doo, the upbeat and popular leader of her school's cheerleading squad. When she transfers to a new school that emphasizes academic excellence, her poor grades make her an outcast.
Lee Won Geun as Kim Yeol, the boy who appears to have everything with his good looks and great grades. He and Yeon Doo clash when their rival dance and cheerleading squads collide.
Ji Soo as Seo Ha Joon, a mysterious student in the top 5% of his class who harbors a secret pain because of his abusive father. He is part of the school's cheerleading squad, but he constantly feels stress about his grades.
Chae Soo Bin as Kwon Soo A, whose entire life has been outlined for her by her mother. She initially joins cheerleading to fill out her resume, but she discovers that she has a hidden talent for it.
Sadly, we didn't get any sneak peeks at VIXX's N in this round of stills, but he will be playing Ha Dong Jae, the school's resident brainiac with the childish, oddball personality of a grade schooler. We also have Kim Ji Suk, In Gyo Jin, and Lee Mi Do as teachers and Park Hae Mi as the principal.
