Kang-Hyuk has just revealed to Chi-Soo that he is his older brother. This is a surprise to Chi-Soo, but not a complete shock. He seems to already know that he had an older brother born out of an affair his mother had a long time ago, but had no idea that it was Kang-Hyuk. Kang-Hyuk tells him there was no reason to reveal it until now, now that there's a woman involved. Meanwhile, Eun-Bi, Ba-Wool, and Hyun-Woo, who have no idea of this newly revealed relation, all bicker about who deserves Eun-Bi. In short, a lot of shit is going down at the ramen shop. Eun-Bi stuffs her feelings with ramen. I'm about to do the same with a microwavable burrito. The two proud Eun-Bi lovers go outside to talk. Chi-Soo tells Kang-Hyuk that almost everyone has a child they hide away because they're ashamed. He thinks Kang-Hyuk wants money in exchange for keeping his mouth shut. Kang-Hyuk is offended by this. He only wants what is best for Eun-Bi, but Chi-Soo claims he knows Eun-Bi better than he does. In any case, they agree not to tell her. I think that's a good idea. Some secrets need to be saved for the season finale. Eun-Bi seeks advice from Dong-Joo about what to do with two men fighting over her. Dong-Joo's advice is to just enjoy it. I have to agree with her. Does that mean I'm probably a slut too? I'd answer that, but I have to eat my burrito before it gets cold.

Anyway, even though he's been told to "back off his woman," Chi-Soo is still working at the shop and still feels entitled to Eun-Bi. Also, Eun-Bi just might be interested in Chi-Soo too. So Kang-Hyuk removes the door from Eun-Bi's bedroom to ensure that no funny business goes on. And by funny business, I mean hanky-panky, and by hanky-panky, I mean adult-themed fun, and by adult-themed fun, I DON'T mean taxes.  I wish I could take the door off of Hyun-Woo's bedroom. And by take the door off of Hyun-Woo's bedroom I mean...

I guess this means if Eun-Bi and Chi-Soo wanna make out, they'll have to go to his place. Or maybe they could do it in his car at that bridge they always go to. Although they always end up fighting when they go to that spot. Anyhow, Eun-Bi goes shopping with Dong-Joo, who continues to tell her to enjoy the love coming her way. She also drops hints that perhaps her and the coach have been seeing eachother... When Eun-Bi returns to the ramen shop from her outing with Dong-Joo, Chi-Soo and Kang-Hyuk immediately break out into an argument over who will spend the following day (Sunday, their day off). Eun-Bi, taking advice from Dong-Joo, decides she will "try both men on" like clothing. I'm pretty sure there was an episode of "Sex and the City" with the same premise, but everyone on this show is a lot cuter/more insane, so I'll let it slide.

Meanwhile, Ba-Ool is playing hard-to-get with So-Yi. It's hard for him to resist rushing to her, but he does it. Hyun-Woo, who is still totally going to be my boyfriend, knits a red scarf and advises Ba-Ool that playing these games will get him nowhere.

Dong-Joo and the Coach are having lunch together at a ramen shop (no, not THE ramen shop, a different one) and they both pretend they were too drunk to remember what happened the other day when they left Eun-Bi's Kimchi party together (I'm guessing some more of that funny business I was talking about before). Then all of a sudden, Kang-Hyuk walks in with Eun-Bi who is dressed up and looking very VA-VA-VOOM. Kang-Hyuk seems to know the head chef there. They have an inside joke that they are rivals and as they're about to play-fight, Eun-Bi, thinking they're REAL rivals, clocks Kang-Hyuk's friend in the nose with her handbag. Oops! Good for her though! Better safe than sorry, I say. Actually, I don't say that, but I will now!

Anyway, Kang-Hyuk leaves the table to use the bathroom and his friend tells Eun-Bi she's the first non-Japanese girl Kang-Hyuk has ever dated, and also the first girl Kang-Hyuk has ever introduced to him. When Eun-Bi brings this up to Kang-Hyuk after their lunch, he tells her that it's because his mother was Korean, and after he saw how much heartache she caused his father and himself he decided never to date Korean women. Eun-Bi feels sorry, but Kang-Hyuk tells her not to feel that way, but just to focus on the fact that he's a man, and she's a woman, and they're there together, looking into eachothers' eyes, leaning in closer to eachother... and Chi-Soo shows up. It's now his turn for a date with Eun-Bi. He takes her to a fancy hotel restaurant for dinner. She has trouble cutting her steak, but pretends she feels right at home in that upscale joint. It's obvious she's uncomfortable. Chi-Soo tells her to stop playing with her food, quit working at the ramen shop, take a job at his father's company and to move in with him. This is a lot for Eun-Bi to handle. She spits out her food, declares that meat is not her preference, and leaves the restaurant. Chi-Soo follows her. The two of them have a heart-to-heart, Chi-Soo just wants better for Eun-Bi and wants to do everything he can for her. She finally sees that though these actions keep making her mad, they are from Chi-Soo's heart and he has the sweetest of intentions. She's glad she finally sees him for the big-hearted loverboy he is, but decides she's too vulgar to always stay that open to him. Chi-Soo says if he leaves her now, this will be the end. He begs her to leave the ramen shop and enjoy a privileged life with him. Eun-Bi, in tears, tells him to stop talking lion crap (something Chi-Soo's mother used to say) and walks out.

Alone at home, taking off her make-up, Eun-Bi reflects on all the moments Chi-Soo proved himself to really care about her. She decides she's made the right decision, albeit a hard one, to let him go. She falls asleep in the middle of doing some homework (although for what, I don't know). Kang-Hyuk comes in and takes her glasses off, puts a bow in her hair, and tucks her in to sleep. He wants to touch her face but decides to obey the rules he and Chi-Soo laid down. Photobucket Next we see President Cha's adviser telling President Cha that Kang-Hyuk is in fact, his deceased wife's other son. Back at the ramen shop, Eun-Bi is fast asleep and Kang-Hyuk decides to go on a jog because he's all hot-n-bothered. Just as he's leaving, Chi-Soo shows up, un-noticed by Kang-Hyuk. He sneaks into Eun-Bi's bedroom and wakes her up. Eun-Bi is alarmed and keeps asking why he's come back and didn't they agree to break up? Chi-Soo speaks sweetly of how he knows it's crazy for him to be so smitten with her, but he just wants to hold her. Kang-Hyuk is steps away from returning home when he's met by a car carrying President Cha. Cha steps out of the car to approach Kang-Hyuk... then the scene changes. Eun-Bi and Chi-Soo lie awkwardly in bed. He teases her a little bit, they wrestle a little, and then he holds her very sweetly. I die! Photobucket Click here for more recaps!
