Screen Shot 2013-08-07 at 11.06.08 AM Having your sushi delivered by hand is so old fashioned. That's presumably why the Japanese restaurant chain Yo! Sushi in London designed its flying tray, which glides through the air, straight to your table with your sushi -- because everyone knows that sushi tastes better when it's launched haphazardly through the air. Servers control the drone tray (called an iTray) via an iPad controller, and the trays can fly at speeds up to 40km/hr (about 25 mph)! Let's just hope these drone trays don't end up turning against us, ruining our delicious sushi lunches. Check out the video below of the tray in action: (via Daily News)
