Goodbye, Sarang! The Choo family leaves Return of Superman
We have sad news for The Return of Superman fans. MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon and his daughter Choo Sarang, who were part of the original cast, are leaving the show after two years. The Choo family filmed their last episode on March 2, 2016, according to sources. The Choos' departure makes comedian Lee Hwi Jae and his twin sons Suh Joon and Suh Uhn the only remaining original cast members from the beginning of the show.

"There was stream of tears after they filmed the last episode," a representative from the Choos' agency said. After filming the last episode, Choo Sung Hoon and the crew members ate and drank late into the night and said goodbye. The representative said earlier that it's time for the Choos to leave the show. "Choo Sung Hoon also thinks the timing is great," the representative said, "We're so proud of Sarang."
For their last episode, the Choos hosted a cafe event. In a parody of the Hollywood film Kingsmen, the Choos opened a cafe called KingsChoo. At KingsChoo, Choo Sung Hoon, his parents, Yano Shiho, and Sarang served food to fans. Yano Shiho's brother, who is a chef, made a special appearance and helped in the kitchen.

The Choos were first rumored to leave the show in December along with Song Il Kook and his triplet sons Dae Han, Min Gook, and Man Se. "First the Songs and now the Choos are leaving the show?" you might ask. Don't you worry, though. The Return of Superman now has two new families: actor Lee Bum Soo and his children Lee Do Eul and Lee Da Eul, and actor Ki Tae Young, actress Eugene, and their baby daughter Rohee.
