You know those days, or nights where you have all the time in the world and decide to marathon a drama? You’re on episode 9 and the plot is really starting to take off; crazy mother in laws are paying to kill off the lead girl, the lead guy has finally confessed his feelings but you just can’t keep your eyes open! You’re dying to stay awake because the cliff hanger is just too exciting and you need to watch episode 10 NOW! Vietnamese Coffee Pops That’s where these Vietnamese coffee pops come in. There’s nothing like a strong zap of caffeine to keep you alert and awake. You’ll deal with the bloodshot eyes and dark circles in the morning, but for now your focus is on finishing that drama! Here are the ingredients and supplies you need to make it through any K-Drama marathon: A coffee maker or espresso maker. If you want to be real lazy you can just buy coffee from your favorite shop already made. Just make sure you have enough to fill all the pop molds. Strong coffee, like really strong, or espresso. Popsicle molds, popsicle sticks and sweetened condensed milk. This recipe is super easy, three steps that’s all! Step 1- Mix 2 cups of coffee or espresso with 2/3 cups of the sweetened condensed milk. Step 2- Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds add popsicle sticks and freeze until frozen!
