One of K-pop's biggest shows of the year, The 25th Annual Seoul Music Awards, is about to take place in the Seoul Olympic Gymnastics Arena on January 14, 2016, and it has been revealed that the hot new rookie group iKON is the first confirmed performer.

IKON hit the K-pop scene hard this year, quickly rising to the top as YG's brand new boy band. After making their debut last September with "My Type," the group quickly dominated the music charts and had a sold-out debut concert. They recently released their first full-length album with tracks “Dumb & Dumber” and “What’s Wrong?” and their upcoming tour sold out in minutes.

Having already received the rookie award at the 2015 Mnet Asian Music Awards, the group has now been nominated for Best New Group at The 25th Annual Seoul Music Awards. If you want to show your support for iKON, you can still vote for them HERE!

This year's Seoul Music Awards show will be hosted by Honey Lee (Modern Farmer), EXID's Hani, and popular variety show host Jeon Hyun Moo. Fans are eagerly waiting to hear who the other big K-pop performers will be.

We may not all be able to see the show in person, but luckily DramaFever will have the full show subbed in English and ready to watch!
