Fans of the hit drama Goblin: The Lonely and Great God cannot help but admit that the characters in the drama are simply amazing! And while Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook have garnered much attention for their work as the lovable Goblin and Grim Reaper, Kim Go Eun's bright and optimistic portrayal of the heroine Ji Eun Tak has also been heartwarming and genuine! Seeing such a captivating performance, one can't help but wonder what lead actress Kim Go Eun's personality is actually like behind the bubbly persona on the screen. Well...we are about to find out! Actress and friend Lee Sung Kyung (from Doctor Crush and Cheese in the Trap) has revealed just what Kim Go Eun is like behind the scenes and it just might surprise you!

It is all but inevitable that when you work closely with someone for an extended period of time that you will find out things about the other person. For actress Lee Sung Kyung, that is just what happened with fellow star Kim Go Eun on the set of 'Cheese in the Trap'. Having become one of her best friends through work, Lee went onto reveal the true personality of Kim Go Eun in a recent interview.

It was clear that Lee Sung Kyung could not stop expressing her love for her friend and continually complemented Kim's pure and innocent humor.

When Kim Go Eun asked Lee Sung Kyung if she had been able to watch 'Goblin: The Lonely and Great God', which she is currently starring in, Lee humorously replied,

“I haven’t been able to see all of it due to filming schedules, but I have been monitoring clips of it. I see that you’re showing your cute side to everyone else when it should only be reserved for me. I’m worried someone’s going to steal you away from me. You should only be showing that cuteness to me.”

Lee Sung Kyung went onto comment directly on Kim's personality stating:

“When you meet her for the first time, she’s a little shy, but she is so lovable. The puppy-like playfulness and bright, warm smile you see in Goblin is the real Kim Go Eun. When I call her, she has never answered with “yeobosaeyo (hello),” but always answers with a gleeful “onni” in a really cute way. I always want to make time to see her.”

It's good to know that the amazing personality we see in 'Goblin: The Lonely and Great God' is a reflection of the true Kim Go Eun!
