Kim So Hyun lands the lead role in upcoming drama Let's Fight, Ghost
At the young age of 16, Kim So Hyun already has an impressive career and fanbase after starring in notable dramas such as Page Turner and School 2015. However, she is now ready to show a new side of her acting in her upcoming drama Let's Fight, Ghost, in which she will be starring as the female lead.
On April 26, producers announced that Kim Hyun So was confirmed to star in the drama adaptation of the popular webtoon of the same name.
Let's Fight, Ghost (also referred to as Hey Ghost, Let's Fight or Bring It On, Ghost) tells the tale of a ghost and an exorcist. Talk about opposites attracting! Kim So Hyun will be playing the 19-year-old female ghostess Kim Hyun Ji, who did nothing but study all her life until she was killed in an accident the day before her college entrance exams. After wandering around as a spirit for a few years, she meets Park Bong Pal, a 17-year-old boy who talks to ghosts and helps them move on. The two eventually perform exorcisms together and form a close bond as they do so.
Although it is undetermined who will playing the role of Park Bong Pal opposite Kim So Hyun, the filming for the drama is set to begin late this May with episodes scheduled to air in July. We hope you anticipate the drama as much as we do! It is sure to be a haunting performance!
