Just when you thought he might take a break, Lee Dong Wook is jumping into yet another drama. The script reading for the new KBS drama Iron Man was held with all of the main actors and writers in presence. By the description, it seems like this one is going to be a doozy.

Everybody knows Lee Dong Wook from Roommate and Scent of a Woman and actress Shin Se Kyung from When A Man Loves, but this will be their first drama together. Based on the pictures, they seem to show great enthusiasm for their roles and great understanding of their characters. The supporting actors, Shin Seung Hwan, Jung Jin, and Jung Yoo Geun also seem to be very enthusiastic with their roles as well.

I know what most of you are thinking: looks like we'll be seeing even less of Dong Wook on Roommate. But don't fret! This drama might just pique your interest.

Iron Man is a fantasy melodrama and romance about a cold-hearted and "hurt" man by the name of Joo Hong Bin (Lee Dong Wook) with the power to literally sprout iron knives from his body due to all of the pain he carries in his heart. Son Hae Kyo is a caring woman who tries to heal him with her love.

It is still a wonder as to how Se Kyung's character, Son Hae Kyo, is going to fix that (sounds like a personal problem to me), but if she's willing to try... I say, go ahead!

Sadly, the title seems to be a ruse. If you couldn't already tell, this drama seems to have nothing to do with the comic book superhero everybody has come to know and love. But it's okay; I've always thought of Cha Seung Won as the Korean Iron Man, anyways.
