Lee Joon Gi, Ji Chang Wook, Choi Ji Woo, 2PM’s TaecYeon, and EXO’s Kai attend Seven First Kisses press conference
Female shop employee, Min Soo Jin, has been single her whole life. A goddess gives her seven potential boyfriends played by: Lee Joon Gi, Ji Chang Wook, 2PM’s TaecYeon, EXO’s Kai, Lee Jong Suk, Park Hae Jin, and Lee Minho. This is reportedly the premise for “Seven First Kisses”, a new web series created by Lotte Duty Free. Several stars of the drama like actress Choi Ji Woo and actors Lee Joon Gi, Ji Chang Wook, TaecYeon and Kai, attended the Tuesday press conference in Seoul.
“Seven First Kisses” is a K-culture fan’s dream cast come true. Top actress Choi Ji Woo is the goddess who grants lucky leading lady Lee Cho Hee (Lucky Romance) a chance to be courted by a rich church oppa (Lee Joon Gi), secret agent (Ji Chang Wook), younger man (Kai), co-worker (Park Hae Jin), top star (Lee Jong Suk), and a son of a rich family (TaecYeon). Lee Minho’s character details have been undisclosed as of yet.
The web drama is part of Lotte Duty Free’s marketing strategy to further develop tourism by maximizing the power and influence of hallyu (Korean pop culture) through content creation. The brand along with 11 major entertainment agencies – including the “Big 3”: SM, YG, and JYP Entertainment – have all agreed to work together on this effort. Reportedly, Lotte Duty Free would sign the celebrities up as an endorsement model and in return the agencies would provide content, and of course, the stars.
“Seven First Kisses” is expected to be out in mid-December.
