Lee Min Ho considers new romantic comedy K-drama from My Love From Another Star writer and City Hunter PD
Lee Min Ho's fans love him but have been getting anxious to see a new drama from the Hallyu star, whose last drama was 2013's Heirs. Let's all cheer because his agency, Starhaus, issued an important announcement about what they are considering for his next drama.
According to Starhaus Entertainment, a new romance comedy drama from Park Ji Eun, the scriptwriter for My Love From Another Star, is being considered with the highest priority. Starhaus said, "[Lee Min Ho] has received an offer to star in Park Ji Eun's drama and has made it his priority to review it."
Reportedly the director Jin Hyuk has been lined up to direct the new drama. Lee Min Ho previously worked with the director in City Hunter. Jin Hyuk also directed The Master's Sun. Doctor Stranger, and Shining Inheritance.
Reading between the lines, I'd say Starhaus is doing its best to contain the excitement. This is the kind of news that is sure to erupt with a volcanic impact among millions of fans. Just think of it:
Hallyu Star Lee Min Ho + My Love From Another Star's writer + City Hunter's director
This is a dream team combination. I'm about to jump up with joy!
There is a caveat of course, as the Starhaus announcement did NOT say it is "confirmed."
Minoz fans, aren't you excited that there could be a Lee Min Ho movie (Bounty Hunters) and drama in 2016?
