Korean highway rest stops are amazing! Ok, so they have the same things we have; food courts, bathrooms, gift shops, and of course gas. However, they also can have batting cages and parks! Not like I'm actually going to take a moment and play, but the fact it's an option makes me excited! Also it's like their food courts have everything! Squid, waffles, corn dogs, everything! Even their bathrooms are cool! It's actually as if they took all the street food vendors and put them under one roof. We all know it's common to find little fruit stands and sunglass huts outside of the rest area, but in Korea you can buy camping gear, find massage chairs to relax in, and even enjoy live entertainment. Rest stops in Korea seem to be truly magical places.
