Man caught smuggling 22 bears cubs says no big deal, they're just puppies
We know this much, if anyone honestly confuses puppies for bears, they are in for a very interesting life. In China, a man was recently pulled over by Chongqing authorities for a routine roadside inspection when officials discovered 22 Asiatic bears in his car. When asked about the animals, the man lied and said they were puppies, which is hilarious.
Police knew right away that they were not puppies, mostly because they were BEARS! Authorities noticed a strange odor from the backseat and saw four bear paws. The man ultimately admitted to smuggling the animals and is facing charges as the bears are protected by Chinese law. The driver is currently being held in custody by authorities.
