This week we saw a mysterious Korean romantic comedy, an intriguing Chinese historical drama, a movie starring Rain, and another great concert featuring the YG K-pop family! Next week he have a big 2NE1 concert, three modern British dramas from the BBC, and a heart-wrenching Korean movie. Let's take a look!


1. My Secret Hotel

Starring Yoo In Na and Jin Yi Han

Although Nam Sang Hyo (Yoo In Na) is the successful head of wedding planning at Korea's top wedding destination, she dreams of one day becoming the general manager of the sterling Secret Hotel. But nothing has her prepared for her next client: Koo Hae Young (Jin Yi Han), her ex-husband, whom she shared a brief marriage with. As if that weren't enough drama, a sudden murder throws the hotel into chaos, with mysterious ties to Sang Hyo's charming hotelier boss. What other secrets does this hotel hold?


2. King Maker

Starring Wayne Lai and Pierre Ngo

As potential heirs to the throne, Prince Kwai Sing (Pierre Ngo) and Prince Kwai Wo (Chris Lai) take sibling rivalry to an entirely different level, while their advisors Yu Jing (Wayne Lai) and Tung Chiu (Kent Cheng) remain amiable old family friends. But family drama spills out of the royal court when Ying discovers his long lost brother and sister—Yu Tsing (Patrick Tang), a court eunuch, and Yu Ching (Natalie Tong), a triad member—are also wrapped up in the race to the throne.


3. YG Family Concert

4. R2B: Return to Base

Starring Rain (Bi) and Shin Se Kyung

After performing a reckless maneuver during a civilian air show, Captain Jung Tae Yoon (Rain) is demoted to the 21st Fighter Wing, which is under the command of fellow top gun Major Lee Cheol Hee (Yoo Jun Sang). However, while the two air force pilots are busy sizing each other up with a combination of mutual dislike and respect, they quickly find themselves mired in the midst of a nuclear drama between North and South Korea. Faced with a dire rescue mission, can Tae Yoon and Cheol Hee set aside their differences and share the glory?

2. Bedlam Season 1

5. Harmony (Movie)

Starring Kim Yoon Jin and Na Moon Hee

After killing her abusive husband, Hong Jeong Hye (Kim Yun Jin) is sentenced to 10 years in prison, and as if that weren’t bad enough, she's pregnant. Upon arrival, Jeong Hye gives birth behind bars, but must surrender her baby to an adoptive family in accordance with the law. Finding solace in an unlikely passion project, Jeong Hye and an inmate on death row set out to start a church choir. Touched by her determination, the prison chief promises to grant Jeong Hye one day with her son if she succeeds.
