As part of the new drama My Lovable Girl, a new idol group called Infinite Power has been formed! But wait, isn't the name "Infinite Power" a little close to the actual K-pop band Infinite? Don't worry, two actual Infinite members are part of this made-up four member group! Infinite's L and Hoya are all set to play their idol characters in this new show alongside Rain.

Infinite Power is described as the leading Hallyu group in Korea. Hoya plays the leader Kang Rae Hoon, while L will play Shi Woo, who is the most popular member. Rounding out the band's cast is Lee Dae Yeol and Choi Seong Yun. Here's another surprise, Lee Dae Yeol is actually the brother of the Infinite member Lee Sung Yeol! Expectations are high that Infinite Power will be able to impress viewers with their natural star power.

Infinite Power will also go by the name MHDR, which are the initials of their name in Korean. SBS has released the following professional-looking poster from the show. If I didn't know better, I would think they were an actual band! (Then again, it's not too much of a stretch to think of MHDR as a sub-unit of Infinite).

Are you excited for Infinite Power's debut? L certainly looks all set to go!

My Lovable Girl premieres on September 17. Be sure to tune in to see both Rain and Infinite Power shine on the small screen! You can sign up for new episode alerts HERE. Check out the latest trailer below:
