A lot people saw the movie Titanic and thought, "What a beautiful love story," or "Wow, I can't believe how realisticly the movie portrayed the disaster," but a company in China saw it and thought, "This should be a ride." A new theme park in the Sichuan Province of China has plans to construct a $165 million model of the RMS Titanic as a key part of their park. The Titanic replica will also come with a full simulation of the famous iceberg crash.

The theme park, which is called the Romandisea Seven Star International Cultural Tourism Resort, is scheduled to open in 2016 and will also feature Turkish baths and what they are calling a "6D cinema." Even though the idea of recreating the Titanic's sinking might seem a little controversial, the developers believe the attraction will be massively popular as the film remains widely celebrated to this day.
