[caption id="attachment_25440" align="alignleft" width="392" caption="Ishihara Satomi"][/caption] A "special edition" of Kim Hyun Joong's Playful Kiss will give fans even more romance to enjoy when a 7-episode side story drama is released directly to Youtube. Featuring the same cast and settings as the original Kiss, the bonus series will have a new writer and all-new scenarios. No word on a release schedule yet, but the sooner the better! The popular hits Chuno and Queen Seon Duk were honored at the 5th annual Seoul International Drama Awards on Friday night, but the grand prize for best drama of the year went to Japan's 2009 Shoeshine Boy. Ishihara Satomi's new Sunday-night drama is Reinoryokusha Odagiri Kyoko no Uso (Psychic's Lie) based on a manga about a crime-fighting fake TV clairvoyant who wears crazy dresses and accessories to distract audiences from her inability to actually, you know, read minds or anything. Intrigued? Have a look at the first still of Ishihara in costume. Another manga, this one the sexy 1980s detective classic City Hunter, is apparently headed for Korean TV and is set to star Lee Min Ho as the lead, called Kang Jin in this version. Sadly, it looks like the Miami Vice-style fashions will be left behind in the update, set in modern-day Seoul. Finally, Kim Tae Hee revealed her not-so-secret beauty secrets in an interview to promote her film Grand Prix. Korea's highest-rated beauty says she pays a lot of attention to her skin, but other than that it's basically just great genes and scenic walks for exercise.
