As has long been reported, Psy is gearing up to release the follow-up single to "Gangnam Style." The single was said to be called "Assarabia," according to a tweet that the singer sent to Billboard earlier this month. The word itself is a South Korean slang term used to express thrills, having nothing to do with asses or Arabia at all. However, after receiving some heat from fans and critics, he's decided to change both the title and "select lyrics" to the song. He's even considering releasing a different single altogether. We'll know for sure in just a few weeks!
Psy said, "On April 13, 2013, my new single will drop globally! To commemorate the release, I will be holding an exclusive concert titled HAPPENING, at Seoul World Cup stadium in Korea! I'm going to do a concert in Korea. You can see it live on YouTube. Just for you."
Think we'll get a reworked "Assarabia"
or a brand new track altogether?
