It's been a minute since we've heard from Psy, but that's going to change soon. The global sensation's agency announced on Friday that he  has been working on a new album for the past year.

It's been 18 months since his seventh studio album was released, since then Psy has also been filming two music videos for featured songs from the upcoming album.

The release date is yet to be confirmed but all we know is that it will be a full-length album with eight tracks, planned for a May release. With hits such as “Gangnam Style,” “Gentleman” and “Hangover”, it should be interesting to see what hits Psy has been working on for 2017.
