Nestle Japan has announced that they will renew the texture of “KitKat” chocolate bars starting on August 20th. They have improved the wafers and says it they are now more aromatic and crispier.
The debut of KitKat in Japan was in 1973 and since then, they have made many KitKat flavors in Japan – such as green tea, strawberry, banana, ginger ale, yogurt, red pepper and many many more. Also, a few other weird flavors are available in limited areas. For example, cherry flavor (Touhoku area), miso flavor (Toukai, Hokuriku area), soy sauce flavor (Tokyo) and Kobe pudding flavor (Kobe).
