Song Jae Rim talks about maintaining his body on Human Documentary
Model and actor Song Jae Rim recently made an appearance on the show Human Documentary, where he talked about how he maintains his glorious body.
He's worked out regularly for the past 10 years and explained that before he became a model, he worked at an industrial factory. He would commute by bicycle, and because of that his thighs became really muscular.

Song Jae Rim then went on to talk about how thin he was during his role for The Moon that Embraces the Sun, weighing only 59 kg (130 lbs). Mind you, he's 5 foot 11 inches tall, so he was fairly underweight at that point, according to standard height and weight charts. Song Jae Rim has done an amazing job at maintaining his body, right?
