It's totally understandable why some people get plastic surgery, but for people like South Korean reporter Won Jayhun, it's hard to figure out why they think they need any work. The reporter, who is extremely beautiful, recently underwent expansive jaw removal surgery and here are the before and after photos of her transformation.

In recent estimates, South Koreans get the most plastic surgery in the world and it is especially popular among younger people. In fact, one in five woman in Seoul get some form of plastic surgery.
