Getting a room overnight in this special, limited-time-only concept room at the Tokyo Prince Hotel is sure to make for a very memorable stay for any Studio Ghibli fan.

To commemorate the release of Kiki's Delivery Service DVD and Blu Ray edition, the Tokyo Prince Hotel is offering an experience of a lifetime. In collaboration with Toei Videos, the hotel has created a Kiki's Delivery Service Room. This room is only available to one lucky guest (guests) a night. The room is somewhat of a mess, as though Kiki had just been there. Her clothes are scattered all over, her bicycle's there, medicine bottles sit on the table, and a broom stands against the wall. The coolest thing about all of this is that these are actual props created by the art department for Kiki's Delivery Service. Guests of this room are also given special Kiki gifts upon checking out, which are sure to be a valuable collector's item.

As if all that weren't enough, a special Kiki tea house and bakery has opened its doors inside the hotel for the period of this promotion, which lasts until October 15. This bakery is open to not only guests of the room but to other guests and to the public as well. This cute spot for an afternoon tea has many limited edition Kiki pastries and other collectibles on sale, sure to please visitors and tourists alike.

When the hotel started this promotion, they had expected a lot of couples and groups of females to make reservations, but there have been a surprising number of men who have requested a stay. No doubt there are some serious Kiki fans in Japan.

This year is also the Tokyo Prince Hotel's 50th year anniversary.
