Super Junior wins at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards
Super Junior is a favorite among American teens!
The popular K-pop boy group has been releasing hot music for a decade. During their tenth anniversary year, the "Devil" singers were honored with two awards at a young American pop culture awards show. Yesterday, Suju won Choice International Artist and Choice Fandom at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards, which was held at the USC Galen Center in Los Angeles, CA. Great Britain's Little Mix and One Direction, Australia's 5 Seconds of Summer, and fellow South Korean groups Girls' Generation and 2NE1 were their stiff competition in the international artist category. The fandoms were equally as fierce! 5 Seconds of Summer, One Direction, Fifth Harmony, Lady Gaga, and Demi Lovato's fan groups had to be the tough groups the ELFs eventually beat. Since they didn't attend the ceremony. Super Junior will probably receive their coveted surfboard trophies very soon. Around 25 million teens voted via social media for the numerous categories in the annual summer awards show.
A big congratulations to Super Junior! They seriously need to join CL in her big US music market debut this year. Fangirls and boys in America are growing for the well-known K-pop group. Would you love to see them tour the US following their surprising wins?
