Super Junior's Siwon, Eunhyuk, and Donghae and TVXQ's Changmin all confirm their enlistment dates
It's a sad day for K-pop fans as three members of Super Junior and one member of TVXQ have officially confirmed their military enlistment dates for October and November. Super Junior's Siwon, Eunhyuk, and Donghae as well as TVXQ's Changmin will all be leaving us over the next few months (*sobs*).
According to a representative from SM Entertainment, Eunhyuk will be enlisting as a soldier on October 13, closely followed by Donghae enlisting as a conscripted policeman on October 15. Siwon and Changmin, both of whom are currently working on dramas, will enlist as conscripted policemen on November 19.
The news isn't a complete surprise, as they had already announced their plans to enlist and Super Junior's Heechul made the following statement during their concert in Japan: "I'm happy to sing on a big stage like this as it is the last time in a while to stand on stage together with Eunhyuk, Siwon, and Donghae." Donghae followed it up by asking fans to wait for them.
If you want to catch a few more glimpses of your favorite boys before they disappear for two years, you can see Changmin in the current series Scholar Who Walks the Night and Siwon in the upcoming series She Was Pretty. Take a look at Siwon's cute teaser for the series below! Excuse me while I go cry in a corner....
Are you sad to see them go?
