Suzy explains why she felt an instant attraction to Uncontrollably Fond
Why did the lovely Miss A Suzy decide to star in the new romance drama Uncontrollably Fond? (Yes, I know many of us would answer Kim Woo Bin.) Suzy answers the question herself in the interview that accompanies her recent pictorial for Bazaar Korea's July issue. Her photos are simply charming, taken under the hot blue sky in picturesque Hawaii. Take a look!
Suzy said she fell in love with the script as soon as she read it.
She explained that she felt a strong connection with the character No Eul, who is a documentary producer in the script written by Lee Kyung Hee, who also wrote many famous dramas such as Nice Guy, Will It Snow in Christmas, and more.
According to Suzy, "No Eul grew up with a sense of righteousness. She was someone who would live for others' sake despite having to make sacrifices. After she ran into obstacles and experienced a reality check, she compromised and became more worldly. I can relate to that."
"We all are multifaceted beings and continue to change. I think that's what attracts me the most, that the script has such three-dimensional characters. As I was reading the script, I thought, this is me, and I decided to take on the role," said Suzy.
We're glad she has taken on the new challenge of bringing No Eul to life. Uncontrollably Fond is rising in ratings with a very favorable reception.
