The American remake of My Love From Another Star has been postponed
The broadcasting schedule for the American remake of My Love From Another Star has now been postponed until after 2016. When ABC announced their lineup for 2015 -2016, the remake of My Love from Another Star was not included on the list.
There were 25 dramas on the list, down from 27 last year. ABC ordered the pilot episode of My Love from Another Star, but this was also cancelled. HB Entertainment stated that they haven't heard any news about the status of My Love From Another Star from ABC. HB Entertainment has been preparing for the remake since February, but there is now no updated schedule for its release. The creator of the original series, Park Ji Eun, is supposed be one of the executive producers alongside Bomi Moon from HB Entertainment, which produced the Korean version. Sony Pictures is producing the drama with writers Sarah Fain and Elizabeth Craft (CW's The 100, 666 Park Avenue, The Vampire Diaries, Dollhouse).
