The PATLABOR AV-98 Ingram seems to enjoy the spotlight. Since being unveiled last month, he's been seen all over the place. He suddenly showed up again, this time right in front of a train station.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department is really milking AV-98 Ingram. Whenever Ingram is seen in public, whether it be on posters recruiting new police officers or advertising the upcoming feature film, the police make sure to show that Ingram works with them. Ingram is the star, and the Metropolitan Police are proud to be associated with him.

Residents of Kichijoji in Tokyo routinely showed up at the train station on the 13th and were treated to an unexpected spectacle. PATLABOR AV-98 Ingram got in his usual deck-up position right in front of the train station! As expected, crowds gathered, took pictures and Ingram stood tall soaking in the admiration of the Japanese people.

But not all Kichijoji residents were impressed. An old lady on her way home from grocery shopping was overheard as she made her way through the crowd and walked right by Ingram, "What the hell is this? This is what my taxes are being used for?"
