These Japanese cupcakes are too stunning to eat
It's happens very rarely, but sometimes food looks too good to eat. But these immaculate cupcakes designed by genius baker Akina Matsuhira definitely fall under that category. The master baker put a delicate, Japanese-themed touch on all of these delicious treats.
The incredible attention to detail and the implementation of a wide-variety of colors truly impress, to the point where you can't even believe these are cupcakes. Matsuhira studied cake decoration at Brooklands College in England before returning to Japan to make these majestic cupcakes.
Some of the designs include parts of a kimono, tree peonies, and even a folding fan. I can't think of a better way to honor Japan's rich cultural heritage!
