Thanks to dazzling innovation, cinematographer Takao Inoue has brilliantly showed us that you can make a light out of just about anything. The brilliant inventor designed these magnificent dandelion lights by sealing them in plastic blocks and implanting each dandelion with a OLED (organic light-emitting diodes) mini light. The puffy and simple construction of each dandelion make them perfect conductors for illumination.

The light was placed inside the flower's stern to create a delicate and dazzling effect. Each individual light looks like it would be an ideal compliment to any desk or end table, and if you strung a bunch of the sparking cube-lights together they would make for an epic outdoor lighting system.
