The top finishers at this year's World Yo-Yo Contest recently put on a show that few will forget. In fact, the first and second place finishers were only separated by 1.5 points, which is one of the closest competitions in years.

The first place finisher was Gentry Stein, an 18-year-old American with a flare for the dramatic. His routine was quick, confident, and completely mesmerizing. In an incredibly close second was Japan's Takeshi Matsuura, whose precision was truly remarkable.

The duo competed in the 1A freestyle championship in Prague, and judging from the crowd's reaction, they couldn't have performed any better. Check out the videos of their dazzling routines.
