TRENDING: Martial law selfies in Thailand
Citizens all throughout Thailand are showing that just because your country is under martial law, doesn't mean you can't have some fun with it. The country was put under marital law on Tuesday after rival parties were not able to come to an agreement.
The military then imposed the marital law without the consent of the interim president. And even though it may sound like scary times in Thailand, the citizens seem to show no signs of fear as many of them have been approaching armed military personnel on the street asking for selfies.
Government officials are still encouraging people to travel, shop and explore the country but caution that they should remain aware of the political situation in Thailand in case anything changes. It looks like for now, the citizens of the country seem to be dealing with it just fine.
