Earlier in November of this year, the road manager for K-pop group Ladies' Code was arrested for allegedly causing the accident which led to the death of two members: 19-year-old Go Eunbi (EunB) and 23-year-old Kwon Ri Se (Rise). As the case continues, it's now been reported that during the trial, prosecutors demanded that the 26-year-old manager, known as "Mr. Park," serve two years and 6 months in prison.

After investigations, it was found that Mr. Park had been driving 22 miles over the legal speed limit the night of the fatal car crash. Mr. Park stated the following: "I personally called 911 immediately after the accident and took all emergency actions that I could at the time. I've been regretting and reflecting on making wrongful judgment at the moment. I sincerely apologize to everyone, including the families of the deceased and the fans. Please give me an opportunity to live earnestly."
