This cake shop in Hiroshima, Japan will make you feel a little less guilty about eating a cake.

"Vegetable Garden Cake Shop - Refrain" in Hiroshima, Japan is what at first glance looks like another cute little cake shop. But as the name suggests, the cakes here are made from fresh vegetables. Displayed in the showcase in the shop are tomato, carrot, pumpkin, pineapple and apple cakes. The "Princess Cabbage" cake is a layered cabbage cake. The cake tastes like a milk crepe, and the cabbage flavor is apparently almost unrecognizable. But it's made of cabbage. "Popeye" is a cheesecake made from spinach. A lot greener in color than the cabbage cake, the spinach taste in this cake is very clear. Another popular cake is a chocolate butter cake made with carrot. The cake shop only uses fruit and vegetables that are in season, so some cakes are not available year round.

There's even a lunch menu where you can get salad, entrees, rice, soup, a drink, and cake for dessert. And you can even have two cakes if you want. After all, they're made out of veggies!
