Attention please, we have a new winner in the Top 10! Guess which drama has taken the crown from The Princess Weiyoung? We also see a new drama enter and an old favorite return to the list. Is your favorite drama among our most popular Korean and other Asian dramas? Let's find out.

Yes, it's finally happened! Goblin: The Lonely and Great God is #1. The visually stunning drama with a cast of endearing characters has become a favorite for South Korean and international fans. We can't wait to find out what will happen to Gong Yoo's Goblin and the bride he's been seeking for over 900 years. Lee Dong Wook is also a most unusual Grim Reaper who is searching for answers to his own mysterious past.

The Princess Weiyoung is now trailing Goblin. We won't reveal all the details of its grand finale here, but I can assure you that our leading couple, played by the adorable Tiffany Tang and Luo Jin, definitely get married. You can take a look at their beautiful wedding photos.

Doctor Romantic moves up to #4, coming just behind Running Man. The popular drama with romantic doctors in love and in training to be better doctors has become one of the most favorite medical romance dramas. Unfortunately, due to special programming, only one episode is showing this week. The production is considering adding an episode to the series. Are you in favor of an extra episode?

Another fan favorite, Cinderella and Four Knights, returns to the Top 10 by leaping over #6 One Percent of Something to land at #5. Is it because it's the holiday season? The modern fairytale, starring Park So Dam and her 4 knights, Jung Il Woo, Ahn Jae Hyun, Lee Jung Shin, and Choi Min Sung, is truly perfect for a happy binge during the holidays.

New Chinese drama Stay With Me has entered the Top 10 by taking the #7 spot. Starring Chen Qiao-En (aka Joe Chen) as an amnesiac, and her handsome adversary played by Wang Kai, the romance comedy contains a lot of hilarious counters such as when the leading lady dreams about Wang Kai, who seems to be hot and cold at the same time. (Fans would say Wang Kai can only be hot!)

Boys Over Flowers holds onto #8, followed by #9 Love O2O and #10 Jealousy Incarnate.

New Drama News

Romance movie But Always, starring Nicholas Tse and Gao Yuanyuan, starts Wednesday, December 28, 2016. Hot Kong Kong singer-actor Nicholas Tse rarely acts in romances, so I'm really looking forward to seeing him in this movie.

Candle in the Tomb, a new adventure thriller, starts its simulcast on Tuesday, December 27. There will be 6 episodes in its first week, to be followed by 3 episodes a week.

Previous Top 10: Weekly Top 10 K-dramas - December 19, 2016

On my regular watch list: Doctor Romantic, Goblin: The Lonely and Great God. and Stay With Me

I've also started Father, I'll Take Care of You, or at least the first episodes to decide if I'll commit to the entire series. So far so good. It has a great ensemble cast in an interesting family story.

I'd love to hear from you! Please share your thoughts in the comments!
