Weekly Top 10 K-dramas
A salute to Les Interprètes for keeping the top perch for its pair of lovebirds that chitchat, argue, and love in French and Chinese.
Another Oh Hae Young improved its ranking to #4, just behind #3, Heirs. Is Seo Hyun Jin and Eric Moon's touching romance what you're waiting for every Monday? While I am in love with this couple, I also feel bad for Hae Young's ex-fiance (handsome Lee Jae Yoon), whose misfortune was due to Do Kyung's mistake. I want a happy ending not just for the main couple, but also for all the other characters. Raise your hand if you want Do Kyung's sister to be with younger man Jin Sang!
If you're looking for a binge candidate, look no further than Beautiful Gong Shim. I caught up with all 8 available episodes this weekend. It's too easy to get addicted to this cute drama, and it's also equally easy to get affected by Second Lead Syndrome. I like the fun between Bang Min Ah and Namgoong Min, who is having a great time playing a lawyer who wears capri pants and flip flops, but I'm feeling softhearted toward gentle Joon Soo (Ohn Joo Wan), who has liked Gong Shim just the way she is right from the start. Which guy are you cheering for? Although it's easy to think the plot is predictable, I feel that a huge twist is coming. What do you think?
Did you notice that the complete Go! Series from Mnet America has been uploaded on DramaFever? I tried the first episode, which was about the f(x) girls visiting Austin, Texas to attend the SXSW music festival. It was narrated by English-speaking Amber as we follow the girls behind the scenes. The series is only 11 episodes and you get to join B1A4, B.A.P., Teen Top, and CNBlue on their road trips, too.
Take a look at Song Joong Ki and Song Hye Kyo strolling down the red carpet at the Baeksang Arts Awards where they and their drama won the big prizes. And, if you need a new drama recommendation, check out these dramas starring DOTS actors. (I didn't know about #6 and #7.)
New Weekly Top 10 in order of popularity:
2 .Running Man
3. Heirs (Only on DramaFever)
Heirs is at #3 again! Here's a shout out to Park Shin Hye's fans: Aren't you glad that the beautiful actress continues to wow with stellar performances and is soon coming with a new drama, Doctor Crush? In the meantime, Lee Min Ho's new movie Bounty Hunters released new posters before its July 1 premier.
