What is your prediction for Cinderella and Four Knights?
Fun romcom Cinderella and Four Knights is on the way to become a smash hit, as it has already jumped high into our Top 10 K-dramas within just 3 days of its release, and fans can't get enough of the spunky Cinderella, Ha Won (Park So Dam) and her four knights: Jung Il Woo, Ahn Jae Hyun, Lee Jung Shin, and Choi Min Sung. There are already different opinions to which knight will win Cinderella's heart. What do you think? Let's voice your forecast now to see if it'll come true!
SPOILER ALERT: Since the drama is still new, you may want to watch episodes 1 and 2 of the sparkling modern-day fairy tale first.
After viewing episodes 1 and 2, here's my prediction, but it'll probably be all wrong since I tend to get afflicted with Second Male Lead Syndrome. Then again, there is also the same old question of who she should pick versus who she will actually end up with. I also think the modern-day Cinderella can be her own heroine and doesn't have to have a knight to save the damsel in distress.
So far, there is undeniable chemistry between Ha Won (Park So Dam) and Hyun Min (Ahn Jae Hyun). He is almost like the fairy godmother who waved a magic wand and turned Ha Won into a princess wearing a lovely ball gown. Their on-screen chemistry is full of sparks. Alas, what he does is motivated by selfish reason. But, whenever he becomes a kind individual, his charms will be irresistible.
(He has certainly improved his kisses on screen!)
Cutie Seo Woo (Lee Jung Shin) is a handsome gentle soul, since he didn't exploit the opportunity to watch Ha Won change clothes in the same room. I think he will fall for our Cinderella, but he won't get Cinderella. Hopefully, he will find his own true love.
Now we come to my Second Male Lead Syndrome crush—Yoon Sung (Choi Min Sung), Grandfather's trusted assistant. I like a hottie who is also responsible and dependable. (I bet he has great abs underneath that three-piece suit too.)
He's for me if Cinderella doesn't want him.
Viewers already know that rebellious Ji Woon (Jung Il Woo) is the leading man, so naturally, my prediction is that Cinderella will cure his stubborn and snobbish attitude, and they will end up together. At this early stage in the drama, the two leads are still bickering and misunderstanding each other whenever they meet.
Unlike the comparison to Boys Over Flowers, I think Ji Woon is quite different in personality and family circumstances from Gu Jun Pyo (Lee Min Ho), even though they both have a good heart underneath the facade. It will be delicious fun to see how this couple end up together.
