You can get that in the US too! NO! Japanese Wagyu is on a different level of deliciousness. And the tastiest way of consuming is near raw. HIDABEEF We found a little stall to order at the counter, I ordered one with just a pinch of salt and wasabi, the other with a ponzu citrus sauce.
